use this serial for install: SC11DEADHCBEEF-COCA-COLA

1. create a folder C:\Flexlm and put our license.dat inside.
2. install mathcad as non server ( cd based installation USING license file).
3  immediatly after the installation,  choose license file path when prompted.
4. install all 3 sp's from sps/ 
5. apply our patcher to the installed directory  

set LM_LICENSE_FILE env. variable if required
