Standard PC Installation Procedure

This chapter describes how to install the MATLAB 6 family of products for Release 12.1, on a PC running Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, or NT. (See System Requirements for information about specific platforms.)

Use this standard installation procedure if you have an individual license. An individual license allows products to be installed and used on a single computer. You can also use this procedure for group licenses. With a group license, you can install MATLAB on up to a designated number of systems using the same license.
