Release Notes

GoldWave is a digital audio editor. It is ideal for people who need
to work with audio for CD editing, games, Java applications, Web
pages, radio and TV, or just for fun. You can use it to make
everything from elaborate answering machine messages to
professional, high quality CD audio content.
If you need to transfer old albums to CDs, GoldWave helps you record
the album to a file on your computer. You can remove background
noise and edit out clicks and pops before writing to a CD.
It features real-time graphs and LED meters, large file editing,
numerous effects and filters, a CD extraction tool, and support for
a wide variety of sound formats.
GoldWave opens, plays, creates, and edits .mp3 files. It converts to
and from many sound formats including .wav, .voc, .mp3, .aiff, .au,
and binary and text data. Special effects such as doppler,
distortion, echo, flange, time warp, and pitch alter and enhance
your audio files to create new and unique sounds.

Many things had happened since the last time we updated this section
of the nfo.  As We finally reached the 2000th releases mark. We also
like to welcome T to DSi as our new HQ and also the talented people
that have recently joined our group. I would say we are doing a good
job currently.
