NAT, and how to configure and troubleshoot a Cisco router for NAT
operation. You will also read about how to configure and
troubleshoot a Cisco 700 series router for PAT. Figure
provides a graphical representation of where NAT could be applied.
Note: The inside local and
inside global IP address schemes that are used in this chapter are
reserved; they are not to be used in the public network. The figures
and examples in this chapter use a 10.0.0.0 network to illustrate
inside local addresses and the 192.168.0.0 network to represent
inside global addresses. |
