Create edit SMTP Server:

To create new SMTP server, select the item “Create SMTP Server” from the SMTP menu or press . A "SMTP Properties" dialog window will be displayed:

"General" Property Page:

SMTP Server - Here you specify IP address of a SMTP server such as the “195.162.38.1” or “smtp.hotpop.com”.

User name - Some SMTP servers require this field. Usually, it is a part of string before the “@” character of your email address, if the address is POP3/SMTP. Sometimes, SMTP servers require user name and password, see below. You must ask your email provider for this information.

Password - Some SMTP servers require both user name and password for authentication purposes. If your server requires the password, enter it in this parameter.

Most of SMTP servers do not require Username and Password. Check the settings of you e-mail program for this information or give a call to you e-mail provider.

If the program abort sending, try to play with these settings. Also, some SMTP server always receive mail from you e-mail account right before sending, because some SMTP servers require POP3 authentication before SMTP sending.

Port - Here you can specify the Port of your SMTP. Default - 25.

Enabled - Use this check box to enable or disable the server.

"Advanced" Property Page:

Here you may declare custom SMTP parameters.

From Name - This field is used as the “From Name” in messages sent by this server.

From Address - This field is used as the “From Address” in messages sent by this server.

Reply to Address - This field is used automatically as address where recipients should reply to.

To edit SMTP Server, select SMTP Server line and select the item “Edit SMTP Server” from the SMTP menu or press . A "SMTP properties" dialog window will be displayed.

To delete SMTP Server, select SMTP Server line and select the item “Delete SMTP Server” from the SMTP menu or press .
